Our Story
Why We Exist
Most management training focuses on the latest framework. We do the opposite. We believe that understanding how management thinking evolved gives leaders a foundation that trends cannot shake.
We started in 2019 after noticing a pattern: executives kept rediscovering ideas from decades past, unaware they were repeating history. Some reinventions were useful. Others were costly mistakes that could have been avoided with historical perspective.
What We Bring
Our team includes organizational historians, former executives, and educators who have spent years studying how management practices spread, mutate, and sometimes fail. We do not promote a single approach. Instead, we help leaders see the full landscape of options and understand the trade-offs each involves.
How We Work
Every programme we offer is grounded in historical case studies, but designed for contemporary challenges. We examine what Frederick Taylor got right and what he missed. We explore why Drucker's ideas spread faster in some industries than others. We look at why participatory management succeeded in certain cultures and flopped in others.
This is not nostalgia. It is pattern recognition. The problems you face as a leader have antecedents. Learning those antecedents accelerates your decision-making and reduces the risk of repeating well-documented failures.
"We teach history so you can write better futures."
Our Commitment
We prioritize depth over volume. Our workshops are deliberately small, allowing for substantive discussion rather than passive listening. We do not chase certifications or accreditations. What we offer is perspective, carefully researched and clearly communicated.
If you are looking for quick fixes or motivational platitudes, we are probably not the right fit. But if you want to understand why certain management approaches persist while others fade, we would welcome the conversation.
